URSUS center stand for VanMoof S2/S3
URSUS center stand including conversion kit as an accessory from KoKoX Design for the VanMoof S2/S3.
Unscrew the side stand and mount the conversion kit. Then attach the center stand and secure it with a screw.
All tools for assembly are included.
Scope of delivery: URSUS center stand BigFoot with grub screw, nut, screw, Allen key, open-end wrench and medium-strength screw locking device.

pro: - stands very stable, even with heavy load on the bike (like a child seat + child) - easy to install contra: - protrudes very far down and significantly reduces ground clearance! .. There are curbs where the wheel could hit the ground when driving over them. - the stand is 'just' slipped on but not really screwed in - I don't know how common this method is, I find it a bit ... suspicious. - unfortunately, the stand feet are not height-adjustable. The bike is propped up quite high. Conclusion: Does exactly what it is supposed to do ... but unfortunately is not very flexible and very large. However, since the main argument is stability and balance, I can only give 5/5 stars here, as it fulfills exactly that.

I cannot be 100% sure. For now, I have to give it a clear 5/5 stars because it fits perfectly, does not wiggle, and offers a very, VERY good stand. When my partner and I (actually I only watched him do it) attached it, he was a bit worried about the mechanism. The screw in the frame is solid, but the kickstand itself only really 'slots' into this screw. It feels a bit like a hack; a hack that may very well work, but I think I would not trust it to keep the bike 100% upright if I loaded it with a child on the backseat and groceries in the front. We will have to wait for at least a year of usage to assess whether the attachment remains solid, needs readjustment, or fails. Still, for now, it fits and is a good solution for a proprietary frame.

Fits pretty well and now gives better safety with the child seat on the luggage carrier. However, the stand downwards is quite long. This leads to the fact that when driving over a hill or driving up the curb, it then often collides. Except for the acoustic feedback, however, it is inconspicuous. The stand holds.:)

Bought the stand because I mounted a child seat from Römer on my Vanmoof S3 and I find the two-legged stand a bit more stable than the original stand. As a result, the bicycle no longer tilts over. Only disadvantage: Due to the weight of the child and the seat, the nut loosens (despite anti-screw slip paste) a little bit so that the stand always tilts a bit. But don't worry, he won't fall off either. My suggestion for improvement would be to install the slightly wider Ursus Jumbo bike rack to achieve even more stability. Conclusion: probably the only compatible two-legged stand you can find online for the S3 and it works great for that. & # 55356;

Already had a center stand on my previous bike. Great thing when riding with a trailer. The bike can't fall over so easily.
